1-MEGA WATT MINDSET
"I TREAT EVERY ATHLETE I TRAIN WITH A HIGH EXPECTATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY. JIMMY JOHNSON FAMOUSLY SAID, "TREAT A PERSON AS HE IS AND HE WILL REMAIN AS HE IS. TREAT HIM AS HE COULD BE AND HE WILL BECOME WHAT HE SHOULD BE." I FIRMLY BELIEVE IN THAT PHILOSOPHY AS A COACH. ATHLETES WILL GET OUT WHAT THEY PUT IN, AND I EXPECT THAT EVERY TIME.  JJ WAS A KID THAT WANTED TO BE THE BEST, HAS EMBRACED IT, AND HAS ALWAYS BROUGHT A LUNCH PAIL EVERY WORKOUT. HAVING WORKED WITH HIGH END ATHLETES FOR YEARS NOW, WHEN A HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETE CATCHES MY EYE WITH MOVEMENT, STRENGTH, ATTITUDE AND EFFORT THEY ARE GOING PLACES IF THEY STAY TRUE TO THE PROCESS."

2-MOVEMENT MASTERS MAKE TIME FOR MOBILITY
"MOBILITY IS THE BASIS OF STRENGTH & HAS A DIRECT CORRELATION TO THE EFFICIENCY OF MOVEMENT. MOST CLIENTS I HAVE DEALT WITH OR AM DEALING WITH HAVE SOME SORT OF LUMBAR OR HIP DYSFUNCTION.  THIS LIKELY STARTS AT THE ANKLE JOINT, WITH THE INABILITY TO CREATE A SHIN ANGLE. IMMOMBILITY HERE FORCES A BIG WAIST BEND WHICH SHORTENS MANY THINGS INCLUDING THE ANTERIOR HIP AND THIS CREATES POSTERIOR LENGTH, WEAKENS BACK SIDE STRENGTH AND FORCES LOAD ABSORPTION TO THE LUMBAR AND QUADS. AT NX LEVEL, WE PERFORM A VARIED SERIES OF CABLE CHOPS FROM VARIOUS ANGLES. THIS IS DONE TO LOCK IN THE LUMBAR SPINE & HIPS & CREATE ROTATION & MOVEMENT THROUGH THE THORACIC SPINE. THE GOAL IS TO CREATE MOVEMENT WITHOUT LOSING LUMBAR AND HIP POSITIONING."

4-OLYMPIC LIFTS ARE A STAPLE
"OLYMPIC MOVEMENTS FORCE POSTURE CONTROL TO DIRECT FORCE. THE EXACT SAME BATTLE YOU FIGHT OR ENFORCE IN DYNAMIC MOVEMENT. MOVEMENT IS STRENGTH (POSTURE) BASED AND FORCE APPLIED DIRECTIONALLY BOTH VERTICALLY AND HORIZONTALLY.
